1. Shipping Across India

We offer shipping services across India and strive to provide free shipping to our customers whenever possible.

2. Order Processing & Customization

  • Orders placed Monday to Saturday (IST) are processed on the same or next business day.
  • As our products are customized, orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after order placement or after customer approval of the design, whichever is applicable.
  • If you would like to check the estimated delivery timeline for a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

3. Prepaid vs. COD Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: No shipping charges.
  • Discounted / Sale Products: Shipping charges may apply and can vary depending on the ongoing promotion.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • COD orders attract additional charges, which are not included in the product price or standard shipping.
  • COD deliveries may take 3–4 extra days compared to prepaid orders due to longer processing timelines.

4. Faster Delivery for Prepaid Orders

We strongly recommend prepaid orders for faster delivery, as courier partners prioritize prepaid parcels over COD shipments.

5. Partial Payment Option for COD

We offer a partial payment option at checkout for COD orders to reduce courier and COD handling charges.

Customers concerned about COD fees are encouraged to use this option.

6. Extra Discounts

  • Additional discounts are available on prepaid orders.
  • Discounts may also apply on partial COD payments, helping customers save on shipping and COD charges.

7. Courier Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, please contact us so we can assist further.
  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received the product, inform us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

8. Delivery Failure & Re-shipping Policy (Important)

This policy differs based on who is responsible for the delivery failure:

A. Courier Partner–Related Issues (No Extra Charges)

If a prepaid order is returned due to courier partner issues such as:

  • Fake delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or false delivery remarks
  • Courier-side operational errors

👉 We will re-ship the order from our side at no extra courier cost to the customer.

However, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving any delivery failure update.

We keep customers informed at every stage (Out for Delivery / Delivery Failed), but timely communication from the customer is required to resolve such cases.

B. Customer-Related Issues (Re-shipping Charges Apply)

If the order is returned due to reasons such as:

  • Customer not available at the delivery address
  • Calls not answered / no response from the customer
  • Address changed or incorrect
  • Customer requested delayed delivery
  • Customer refused the parcel or changed their mind

👉 No refund will be provided in such cases.

We can re-ship the order, but the customer must pay the re-shipping charges in advance, which will be:

  • Minimum ₹70, or
  • Based on product weight, size, or
  • As per the current courier charges at the time of re-shipment (whichever is applicable).
