Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations Policy:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. Purchase Timeline:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 3 days.

2. Original Packaging:

  • The goods should be in their original packaging.

3. Wrong Product, Shortages, or Damages:

  • In the unlikely event of receiving a wrong product, shortages, or damaged items, we will exchange the product. However, an unboxing video is mandatory from start to finish without any cuts. The video should be clear and not blurry. No exceptions or negotiations will be entertained without this video proof.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged by the customer (e.g., stains, breakage, etc.) are not eligible for return.

5. Reporting Time for Issues:

  • Any shortages, damages, or wrong product deliveries must be reported to our customer service within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Again, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

6. Custom Orders:

  • If you have any customization or size-related queries, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm the customization details with you before shipping the product.

7. Condition of Returned Goods:

  • Upon receiving the returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show visible signs of use, wear, damage, or soiling.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Note: In case we are unable to exchange the wrong product due to stock unavailability or any other reason, we will reimburse your payment. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

1. Incomplete or Insufficient Address:

  • If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or insufficient for delivery, we will contact the customer before dispatching the order to verify and complete the address details.

2. Contact attempts:

  • We will make efforts to reach out to the customer via phone or WhatsApp for address verification within 48-72 hours of the order being placed.

3. Failure to Respond:

  • If the customer is unresponsive and cannot be contacted via phone or WhatsApp within 48-72 hours after the order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If the customer wishes to cancel their order, they must do so before the order is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled through our website.

5. Refund Process:

  • In the case of an order cancellation, any payment made by the customer will be refunded as per our refund policy (specify refund timeline here, if applicable).

6. Pre-dispatch Communication:

  • We prioritize contacting the customer before dispatching the order to avoid any delivery delays or cancellations due to address issues.

7. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete address details at the time of placing the order. Failure to do so may result in delivery issues or order cancellation.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Product Specific Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are available for selected products only. The return eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that the return policy for any product may be updated without prior notice.

2. Self-Shipping Option:

  • If we do not offer pickup service at your location, you will need to ship the product to our office address.

3. Charges for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Return Request Period:

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be raised within the return period specified on the product page. Requests made outside this period will not be accepted.
